Return and Refund Policy

SHIPPING AND HANDLING:

• Shipping will be an additional cost added to your order determined at the time of checkout. 
• Please allow a timeframe of 4-7 business days to receive your order
• A tracking number will be provided once your order has been fully processed and shipped to the address provided.

All sales are final due to being custom made. We will be in contact with you once your item is designed and email to you for approval. 

We will accept return that are our error (Spelling, size and color). Will refund your purchase or remake (your choice).

Please contact us immediately if item is defective, wrong size, color or the wrong item and we will make it right.
