REFUNDS AND RETURNS

All sales are final due to being custom made. 

Once you place your order we will be in contact with you to begin the design process.  We'll provide a sample design and send to you for approval.  Once you approve the design, and send payment we will not accept changes or updates to the order.

Returns will be accepted if there is an error on our part (Spelling, size and color). 

Please contact us immediately if item is defective, wrong size, color or the wrong item and we will make it right. We will refund your purchase or remake your order (your choice).
